Preventative Nail Care

This specialized nurse-administered nail and callus care service is considered routine foot care and is not covered by Medicare or other medical insurance plans.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Care is performed with instruments sterilized to hospital-grade standards using a medical autoclave, a critical step in providing safe, aseptic treatment.
All care is provided by professional medical staff (Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses) who are trained in clinical hygiene and sterile procedure, offering a level of expertise beyond the typical salon services.
Self-pay service. Open to all, regardless of insurance.

This nurse-administered service is purely for routine nail trimming & maintenance. Separate appointments MUST be scheduled with our Medicare-contracted physician for any other foot care needs.

Examples include but are not limited to: injury evaluation, treatment and evaluation of pain, infections, complex medical conditions outside of the nail trimming and callus care services, and prescription of medication.

Our business phones are answered Monday through Friday 9 am to 3 pm.

Please note that this form is for requesting appointments only. Availability will vary and someone from our office will call you to confirm your appointment request. Please do not submit any Protected Health Information.
